Ponant online - Don't reset password

As you may have noticed, Ponant's site has had a series of failures. For a period of time, you can't log in. Usually, the site hangs up after you provide log in credentials.

 

Usually, I come back later and sign in after the problem has cleared

 

On Tuesday morning, the problem seemed to have cleared. But, the site refused to recognize my credentials. So, I hit the reset password button.

 

No reset email! So, I did it 10 more times. Still no email?

 

So, I couldn't log in with the original credentials, and no rest password.

 

This morning I contacted Ponant by phone. Spoke to Reception. She was kind enough to send a reset password manually. Problem solved.

 

I would caution users to not use the reset button. Be patient. Keep trying to log in with the original password.

 

I don't know what's going on in Ponant HQ. But, it feels like a third world operation.

Same problem here, it doesn't recognize my login and password.
