Has this ever happened to any of you??

So I am scheduled to sail the Star TA on 04/19, today is final payment, I'm already paid, but decided to check. The free air has disappeared and my prepaid transfers as well. So I called NCL both rep and supervisor can not view entire reservation, at this time they have no idea what is happening, should be info coming out within a week. I said I have 2 cabins with all the add ons I'm over 13K if you can't tell me anything I'd like to cancel. Well because they can't access the entire reservation they can not cancel it!!

 

Not just me my roll call is on fire as well as FB pages

My TA had to talk to IT to get any answers about my transfers (don't have free air). My TA was informed that they were having lots of issues with the system that generates the e-docs. Mine finally got corrected so I printed them right away. My TA also learned that he can also access the e-docs and the whole reservation. 

 

As for the Star - she is having issues right now and the cruise before yours is being canceled so they can effect repairs prior to the transatlantic sailing.
