Gifts for others

My nephew is embarking on a cruise in about a month.  Is there a way I can give him and his family onboard credit.  If so, what information do I need to do it?

Either call RCCL or do it online under Royal Gifts.  You will need their ship, sail date, and reservation number.

Here is link where you can buy them gift cards and royal caribbean will email the gift certificate to him.  You do not need his sailing info just his full name and email address.

I have done it this way a couple of times and never had a problem.

Just make sure your nephew applies the certificate to his cruise at least 14 days before sail date.  They email he receives will provide him with instructions on how to redeem.

Very thoughtful gift they will enjoy.

I would not go the gift card route.  I'd call RC at 800-722-5443 and purchase the OBC to go directly on their onboard account.

A dinner at a specialty.  A massage.  Room service.  All sorts of stuff

I would do what Bob said but if they don't use it, I'm guessing it would be credited back to your account. I'm a fan of cash so I would send him a check and a nice card.
