We did a little walk around after lunch and went into The Green House Spa and had a look at the hydropool  followed by a look at The Crow's Nest .

Nice size room!  All the pictures were great and the films were even better.

Jose was our guide and Francis was our driver and we became fast friends . We were going to the 27 waterfalls of Damajagua first . We met another guide there and it was about an hour hike through the rain forest . We stopped for some teaching points along the way . We walked through the river about knee high about 6 times  to get to the waterfalls . Jose called the donkey a " Dominican uber " and said that they were used to take injured people back to the parking lot .

Just got caught up and loved the photos stills you took!! Such a wonderful cruise and adventures your on!! I enjoyed the video also. Like your photo of your stateroom where the workers were working👍
LOL good choice of not doing the falls!

The last order of business was lunch at a local place . We both had Chicken and rice with beans and a plate of cooked vegetables which was very good . The total price was $ 6.00 . After a ride back to the port we said our goodbyes before the mile walk back to the ship . Fortunately the weather was not as hot as in the ABC's

Before August of 2015 we would have done all of the falls . My wife had an accident just before a Transatlantic cruise on Princess that we cancelled and we have slowed a bit since then . Our next big cruise is a Transatlantic on Princess in April so we're going easy . Plus the thought of having to ride the Dominican Uber back was not appealing . 😉
