Pacific Princess - Bathroom Problem/Crew NOT Helpful

Ringlet, I’m so sorry you had such a wretched experience; that lack of customer service is most certainly uncalled for!! Thank goodness they finally made things right for you!
 

We were so thankful to not have toilet issues on this cruise (we were on the same cruise as you) after our previous Pacific cruise where the toilet would just randomly flush on its own. They told us on that previous cruise that the original ________ (sorry I can’t remember the term, but it seemed to be the main apparatus) was original to the ship and starting to fail. They were gradually replacing them throughout the ship. Once they replaced it for us, we had no issues. I was very pleased to see on this cruise that this stateroom had the new kind I remembered us getting on that previous ship.
