Evening dress on Trollfjord

DW and I will be on Trollfjord for 12 days in January. I'm curious about dinnertime dress. Are jeans and sweaters OK or do we need something dressier? Thanks in advance.

Jeans and sweaters are fine - absolutely no need for anything dressier.

Just be aware that Northern Norway can be very cold during winter and The Polar Night. Northern lights are late evening so be prepared for some cold nights at deck watching Northern Lights.

I never changed for dinner. Wore the same thing I had worn during the day. Hurtigruten is very informal.
