Alfredo's menu same on Sky as on Regal?

I loved the pastas served at Alfredo's on my Regal Princess cruise and am wondering if they are served on the new Sky Princess as well?

Wish I could remember what they were called....

Sandra, did you notice on your menu; where it shows the pizza's.  All the pizza's have mozzarella, except the Princess Pizza; it says fresh mozzarella. Just curious about that ingredient

Glad to see they have the antipasto and salad. We were on the Majestic and those items were not on the menu.

AF-1...I think the difference is that most of their pizzas use a shredded mozzarella & fresh mozzarella is like what’s available in a market to cut into slices or pieces like they do in Napoli when making a margherita pizza.

Astro Flyer, yea, I figured that; I am in the food service industry and know about shredded mozzarella and fresh (which is in a ball and you cut it up or slice it).  Have a great day.

I was eating the margherita at first and it was fine.  I later tried the Sky Princess pizza and it was SO GOOD and I realized it's because it has real fresh mozzarella not the regular shredded stuff.  I highly recommend that pizza!

Yes they're made to order.  I saw them doing things custom for example making a Hawaiian pizza without the chicken (which it shouldn't have IMO to begin with!) You can sit at the bar and watch them cook while you eat, it's fun.

Yes I  have always ordered the Tarantina without the mussels and capers on all 4 Royal Class ships without any problems. Reminds me of a pizza I used to eat as a student - heaven! You don't get many pizzas with shrimp over here in the UK 🙂
