P & O Pacific Explorer - prices for restaurants which aren't free

Can anyone advise the 2020 prices for the non inclusive restaurants, such as the Taste of Salt Degustation Dinner and is it on more than one night?

I read that they also have a Gin Tasting Course, does anyone know how much this is please?

The Taste of Salt was $119 pp on our X006 cruise sailing in January.
