Looking for suggestions  for a great hamburger/sports bar atmosphere place for lunch at or near Jackson Square.  Will be there on a Thursday, after a noon carriage tour.

Port of Call on the outskirts of the Quarter which will be more sports bar like or Clover Grill which will be closer to where you're asking but is more like a diner. They are both a bit different but both have very good burgers. Port of Call has some deadly drinks-- a Huma Huma will put a dent in you.
