Difficulty Paying online?

I've been trying to post a payment through my on board account towards our October cruise, but it keeps giving me an alert saying they're unable to process, and that it's an issue on their end.  Is anyone else having this problem?

 

I just noticed today that my cruise booking as a status that says "Paid in full" although it's clearly not the case.

 

Has anyone paid online, or do I have to call in?

The issue about showing "Paid in full" when it is not paid in full, ie. deposit is known to their team.  They say they are working on a fix sometime in January.  As Gary said,  their sailor services reps are very helpful.
