St. John's Local Bar Recommendation?

We have done a couple of wonderful beach excursions over the years in Antigua and plan this time to take a self-guided walking tour of St. John's and hopefully have lunch and a few beers at a local bar.  Any recommendations for a bar that is informal and out of the way enough so that it is not overwhelmed by cruisers?  Thanks!

In the Town

Consider Hemingways.  Book a table on the Balcony and sit and watch the world (and T'erds) walk by.  Simple, varied and good food and reasonable prices.  Ice cold beer plus generous with rum pours.  Just a nice place to spend a couple of hours and chill.
