Air Med International Evacuation - experience?

We have had a MedJet  membership for the past 5 years.  After reading a newspaper article recently on evacuation service companies I did some checking and found there were more companies than I was aware of.  Air Med International and Air ambulance Card were both  rated 4.5* vs MedJet 5*

Air Ambulance Card was more expensive than Med Jet but Air Med International was lower priced.  Anyone out there have any experience with Air Med International?

Please compare the types of services that each company offers.

My understanding is that many of them differ significantly, so "cost" is not the main/only consideration.

I have compared services and they are comparable.  What can’t be compared from the website & documents is how responsive are they, their customer service, the intangibles.  That is what I am hoping to get from others who have used the service.
