before we travelled 3 times MSC  and we have gone to guest relation and remove the tips... at costa how can we do this. we must go guest relation and say we dont like service ?  do you have any experience remove tips.

They are not removable on Costa.  They are a daily hotel service charge and as such are billed to your credit card daily during the cruise.

Here you will see the amount depending on where you are sailing. https://www.costacruises.com/useful-links/service-charges.html

It is a fixed charge as said above, you know before you book.

You can still complain to reception if you are receiving bad/rude service, & ask for a letter stating your complaint's.

They way to look at this service charge is not as tips but part of the cruise price.

They could include all inclusive drinks, tips tours as such but it would still be include in any cruise lines prices.

You get what we pay for whether  a low or high price.

Yes this daily service charge of 10 euros or dollar 13.50 (in East Asia) is mandatory and cannot be removed under any circumstances whatsoever.
Daily service charges cannot be removed--
1. Even if you eat only in the buffet and do not use the waiter service in the main dining room.
2. Even if you ask your room steward not to clean your room for the entire Cruise.
3. even if you leave your Cruise midway, you have to play service charges for the entire Cruise because it is the salary of the the crew
