In general, I have found GetYourGuide, Klook, and Veltra are good aggregators for tour companies.  

In Tokyo, we did a tour I found through Veltra, but I believe it was this food tour.  And they have many other options.  https://japanwondertravel.com/products/tokyo-foodrink-tour-local-delicatessen-street-sunamachi

As for Hong Kong, I can recommend the Big Buddha if you have time and also a Victoria Harbour boat cruise at night if you have time for that.
