YOU take a taxi from just outside the port, and yes, the resorts pays the taxi driver.

The taxis are just outside the port gates. They are not allowed in. Same for Maya Chan, although they have a designated waiting area.

Just emailed Maya Chan for next April after reading so many posts where they were fully booked. Fingers crossed.

I feel sure there is virtually no chance they are now full. They all get booked up, but this far out you will still be one of the early reservations in my experience with the beach clubs in MX. Have fun!
