Blue Lagoon vs Private Boat Tour of Nassau?

I know they are pricey but does anyone have a review of their experience on a private boat tour from Nassau? I have a half day booked with Island Time Bahamas (they are well rated on Trip Advisor) but want to make sure it is worth it.  

 

My son wants to go to one of the Blue Lagoon excursions (another reason behind this) but I am concerned about crowds as there will be 5 ships in port that day (I am dragging my husband on the cruise and have told him he can relax and crowds are NOT his thing).
