Bergen, Norway - a fantastic restaurant

We were in Bergen last March, pre-Hurtigruten cruise. I'm a TAD into food and found this place. (You can use your free NYT articles to read.) This food is outstanding. Scandanavia has become a "foodie" heaven. The owner/chef paid us a visit at the end of our meal.  Everything was so outstanding.
