Problems with Ponant website

I recently booked my first cruise with Ponant.  Later I went to the website to register.  After doing so it indicated that I had no bookings.  I could find no place to enter my booking.  The next day I returned to the website and tried to log in but got a message that my email address and password didn't match or I had no account.  When I tried to reregister I was told that I was already registered.  I sent an email to Ponant about it.  The next day I got a response with a temporary password.  I got onto my account, changed the temporary password to my original one and still it indicated that I had no bookings.  Today I tried to get on my account and again got the message that I was either not registered or that my email address and my password did not match.  Am I the only person who cannot figure out the logistics of the Ponant website?

Their new website is as inefficient as the old one - not at all user friendly. Finally gave up and phoned in.  Rule No 1 - make the website functional,  it's an important first impression issue for the company and will avoid frustrated clients.
