Getaway - main show?

Cruising on the Getaway in June 2020 (Italy and Greek Isles).  What is the main show other than Burn the Floor.  is it some Rock n Roll show?  I have been to Syd Norman's and liked that bar and show after hours.  Thanks.

SIX will appear first on Norwegian Bliss on September 1, 2019, followed by Norwegian Breakaway on November 10, 2019 and Norwegian Getaway on April 23, 2020.

 

Six is replacing Million Dollar Quartet in April this year. ( wish it would replace burn the floor )

Really like MDQ sorry it is leaving the Getaway. Funny the way things turn out. We are getting on the Bliss this April, the Breakaway this November and the Getaway April 2021. Sure hope I like SIX as it will be on our next three cruises.

Ya'll might want to check your information. We keep in touch with Jared who plays Jerry Lee in MDQ on the Getaway for six months at a time. He has signed up for another contract in MDQ starting in the spring. The Getaway is going to the Mediterranean

in 2020. Six is starting on other ships, but apparently not on the Getaway unless there is something the cast members don't know.

Hopefully for me they don't replace MDQ on the Getaway instead they bring in Six to replace Burn The Floor. We get on the Getaway again April 2021 and hope to see MDQ again. And we have seen Jared many times on the Getaway and he really does a great job as Jerry Lee.

Seminole 1975. How is your son doing? I know he did the Carl Perkins part one of the times we were on the Getaway probably in 2016. I think I talked with him on the ship. We did the Baltic on the Getaway this past summer and I saw the show three times with my grandson.Great show and I think every time I have seen it Jared was in the cast.

Wow you are a fan!! It is a great show. Kurt is doing great! He is living in NYC, performing and working on his multi-faceted career. Thanks for asking!

You are very welcome. We have been on the Getaway 5 times now with the sixth time coming up in April 2021 for 18 nights don't how many times we were on the same time as your son. MDQ has been my favorite show but I really like Choir of Man now too.

MDQ isn't that great imo. The story is paper thin.

i have only the german ncl page but it should change to us maybe. NCL wrote that with Six coming to getaway at their own page. if MDQ stays and Six is replacing burn the floor i would like that.

Thanks for sharing that article. It is very interesting. We shall see what happens. I too have heard that Six is a very entertaining show.

Have to agree. Always surprised to see how many people like it. We got free tickets at the casino in our city. There were six in our group and we left about 20 mins in and we had really looked forward to the music.  Thought the story was really goofy. Definitely won’t make me sad if it changes before our Getaway voyage in May.
