Can anyone recommend a tour company for Madeira

We lucked out.  Four of us got off the ship. Nothing booked.  Went down the taxi line, spoke to a few drivers and negotiated a tour.

 

Incredibly, after about five minutes the driver stopped at a building.  He was turning the cab over to his father whom he said spoke much better English. We had a fine tour.  About three or four hours.
