Shore Excursions not showing

Hi all, 

New to TUI cruises - booked on a cruise in June 2020 and shore excursions aren't showing on my TUI account. Is this normal or should they be there by now?

Go to TUI cruises page where you can select cruises

Scroll right down the page almost to the bottom to Cruise Experiences and click on the left hand box Shore Excursions

Enter your cruise ref no, lead Passenger name and date of cruise

This will take you to the Excursion Planner for your cruise

You can select various excursions and they will be saved in your planner

When you are sure of what you want to buy go through to payment

Your tickets will be in your cabin for the first week when you arrive If doing two weeks they will arrive on changeover day a week later.

Thanks, tried that - still nothing showing. For each port it just says '0 excursions from ...'

Which ship are you on? And where are you going? It's very strange I've been able to access excursions over 6 months away on all my cruises with Marella

We are having the same issues with our 6th June cruise on E2. 🙄

No excursions showing for Discovery 27th June

The team at TUI have confirmed that excursions should be showing from the end of the week. Thanks all for your replies 🙂

We go on the 20th May still no excursions showing just had a look at tui page just now

This is most unusual, I have asked the question of the pre cruise team but no response, can only think its something to do with how the pound will perform now we are out of the EU. 🙄

We are doing 14 nights from the 23rd September on Discovery 2 out of Naples. So far only 1 destination (Toulon) is showing excursions.

Hi we are also travelling on  6/6 and have logged on an excursions are showing as 0.  Have called them and they don’t have any details yet.  Is there anywhere on this site for this cruise where maybe people can get together and maybe look at some independent trips. Not really impressed with Thomson so far.  Thanks

Toulon is so easy to DIY as the ship docks right in the town. You can walk across the car park between the cafes then cross the road to the market place, lovely market most days. On your right is Tourist Info where you can buy a bus ticket that takes you to Mont Faron, the ticket includes the cablecar up the mountain. Beautiful views and there are walks, cafe and a WW2 museum which is quite interesting. I think the tickets were around 7 euros each.

If you go to the Roll Call section of Cruisecritic and look for your ship then sailing date, you may find others who are on that cruise. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/388-marella-cruises-formerly-thomson/

If you don't find a roll call for your sailing you could start one and hope others join you. Some roll calls are very big and we've joined /arranged many private tours on them. The trouble is, not many Marella cruisers set up or join roll calls, seemingly preferring to communicate on a social media site.

If you do another dummy booking for your cruise, which is the same as ours, you can click on the the itinerary, and although you can't see prices or book the excursions, you can see what is available with a good description and how fit you have to be🙄 I have had a look and have seen some nice ones, also have a look at the whats in port app for very good port maps👍 have printed off all ours.

Trips for one port (Athens) have appeared today, so presume others will follow shortly?
