Excursion timings

Hi!! 
we are cruising the med in June and have booked 3 tours ( Rome Florence Naples) with Italytours,  being our first cruise I’m not sure how I go about getting off the ship and to the mini bus at the right time.

The tour company should give you details of how to find them.

 

You just head to the gangway with your keycard and photo ID (the freestyle daily and announcements will confirm what documentation you need to have with you, but in those ports it will almost certainly be that).

 

It is very likely that the tour companies will meet you right outside the terminal buildings.

4500 passengers will all want to get Off soon after the gangway opens. Rome is an hour or more away from the port. So all tours start really early. And don’t get stuck in a traffic jam coming back because the ship will leave you behind. 
 

Give yourself time to stand in line to get off the ship. Especially if you booked a tour right after the ship arrives. The ship sometimes gives their ShoreEx passengers priority getting off b
