CruiserBruce Posted January 30, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2020 Many cruise lines do partial transits...Holland America does as many, if not more than other cruise lines. They are now occasionally using the Eurodam (recently have been using the Zuiderdam, nothing wrong with her)...great ship. As discussed here frequently, cruise lines have only run a couple of ships through the new locks. 98% go through the old locks. Eurodam will go through the old locks. Rare Essiesmom Posted January 31, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 31, 2020 Go to https://www.cruisetimetables.com/. Under Ports of Call, choose Panama/Panama Canal. You will see that there are few in the summer. Perhaps start with November and just look at who is doing the canal. You can tell from the map whether the cruise is partial or full transit.
