Mykonos transportation

We went to Mykonos town with a walking tour last May. We will be going back again. Can someone tell us how we go into town on our own? Bus or taxi? Thanks

It will depend on whether you are docked or whether you tender. If the former you will be a couple of miles from town and there will be a shuttle bus from the ship into town (depending on the ship there may be a charge) or you can get a water taxi for a couple of euros. If you are tendered you will be tendered right into town.
