Has anyone done this itinerary on Viking?   There are a few places that we have already visited, but that's ok, because we loved Dublin and always welcome a stop in London.  I'm wondering if the other small ports in Scotland and Wales are worth doing.  As always, I always appreciate the valuable feedback that I receive from my fellow cruise critic members.

The ports of call will show you very varied aspects of the British Isles. London and Dublin being capital cities will never give you a true vision of the country and it’s people. If I were to judge the whole of the USA by the inhabitants of New York I would be doing the vast majority of the country and it’s people an injustice.

We did this cruise back in July and loved the whole cruise!

I wrote a review of this cruise on July 21, 2019, "on Viking Jupiter now for British Isles Cruise".  Check it out for info.  The smaller ports in Scotland were terrific and full of interesting history.

It visits great ports of call for us, but without knowing your interests it is impossible to make a recommendation. I have also been in most of them before, but still enjoy returning.
