Easy Beverage Package to Premium Package?

Were leaving next week on a MSC Meraviglia Cruise. My question is can I upgrade the Easy Beverage  package that I have purchased already to Premium Beverage on board, and how much extra is the cost? Thank you in advance!

We did this on our upcoming 11 night Caribbean.  We did it ahead of time through our TA so possibly got a pre-book discount?  11 nights pkg upgrade was $297pp, so I assume $27pp per night.

The cost to upgrade is $27 per night, but if you do it before you board, you don’t have to pay an extra 15% that you would onboard.
