As per CC guidelines, you tour sharing, private tours are only to be posted on the roll call for your cruise.

 

Here is the link to the Oosterdam roll call board.  If there isn’t a roll call started for your cruise, then by all means start one with the post you just did here 🙂

You can also go to the CC ports of call page for each port. Sometimes it is possible to arrange tours with people on other cruise ships who are in port the same time as you.
