Taxi tour rate and stops

I'm looking to hire a taxi for about 3 hours (Brimstone Fortress and maybe somewhere else? - suggestions?). I'm wondering what's the going rate per person nowadays? I read that it was about $15 per person but not sure if that's still the case. I've also seen the group tours with private companies going anywhere between $50-$70 pp. I will be traveling with a 2-year old so I was looking for something that's flexible and budget friendly. I don't know if walking through the port is going to keep us that busy, as I hear the shopping is kind of meh there. I'm open to any suggestions.
