rolltide8425 Posted February 23, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2020 My family and I will be on the Regal Princess doing the British Isles in August and am wondering if the cruise line offers shuttles at any port? We'll be in Cobh(Cork), Belfast, Greenock(Glasgow), Invergordon, and South Queensferry(Edinburgh).

The dock is also right beside the train station for trains to Cork city. Buy tickets at the machine in the station.
WatchHill Posted February 24, 2020 #3 Share Posted February 24, 2020 I've taken 2 BI cruises with Princess and never had any cruise line shuttles. In South Queensferry, there is a shuttle provided by locals, you can pay with CC or cash at the port once you get off of the tender. It takes you to a location near the Royal Mile - so much better than the train. For the other ports, we've always locked into a private tour. vjblk Posted February 28, 2020 #4 Share Posted February 28, 2020 There was a paid shuttle in Belfast. I don't remember the cost. It drops you off in front of the tourist office. AT South Queensferry we took the X99 Cruiselink bus to downtown. Only about 9 pounds roundtrip. They drop you ar St Andrews Square. Google X99 Cruiselink for info. I am assuming they will run again this year.
