Cobh(Cork)

A shuttle is not required for Cobh as you dock right in the town centre.

The dock is also right beside the train station for trains to Cork city.  Buy tickets at the machine in the station.

I've taken 2 BI cruises with Princess and never had any cruise line shuttles.  In South Queensferry, there is a shuttle provided by locals, you can pay with CC or cash at the port once you get off of the tender. It takes you to a location near the Royal Mile - so much better than the train.  For the other ports, we've always locked into a private tour.

There was a paid shuttle in Belfast. I don't remember the cost.  It drops you off in front of the tourist office.

AT South Queensferry we took the X99 Cruiselink bus to downtown. Only about 9 pounds roundtrip.  They drop you ar St Andrews Square. Google X99 Cruiselink for info.  I am assuming they will run again this year.
