Harvest Cay Beach?

Is the beach at Harvest Cay nice and clear or is it murky? Is Harvest Cay even worth getting off of the cruise for?

Harvest Caye can look like the video shows, or, like many Western Caribbean beaches, it can be murky following recent storms (the stronger, longer, and more recent the storm) the murkier it might be.  Having said that, there is a lot of beauty at Harvest Caye.  It is worth a visit, even if you don't find that you want to spend your whole day there!

We visited Harvest Caye Nov 2017 and was dissappointed. I felt like the beach was a great size but the water wasn't pretty at all and it smelled. We had lunch at Landshark's and swam in the pool and of course hit a few of the shops, which there are a TON of. 

Nobody in our group really enjoyed Harvest Caye compared to the other ports we visited during that trip.
