Wonder of the seas

Looks like just the framework to hold the panels. How do you see it as different?

8K High definition LED , I think Celebrity Edge and Apex have the same.

But they don’t have any money so they will probably just go to Aldi and get something.

Interesting if so, but there isn't much in the way of 8k material so not sure why they'd spend extra for it at this point. Not sure people on a cruise are looking for the highest definition; usually it's a relaxed vibe - and awful sound and sightlines (because of its shared purpose).

So after some research and blogging.

It seems a Oasis class can dock at circular quay.

The birth box according to sydney port authority is more than enough.

Some people said it will be to wide and the 30 meter buffer zone will affect the operation of the ferries.
Sydney ferries have a legislated exemption to the rule.

The new double gangway will accomodate the 5 meter overhang from the water line.

wonder is 47 meters at the water line and 60 meters at the extreme.

If the terminal can handle 6,000 passengers is another thing.

Serenade of the seas season is cut short mid February 2022 and it goes to Singapore for some work and then goes to Alaska.Serenade leaves the pacific permanently along with radiance.

That will leave only Ovation in Sydney???

Wonder should be handed over to Royal mid January 2022 and should do a trans Suez Canal repositioning .

It gets you thinking???

Hobart wants to develop Hobart port
AND HAVE A LOOK AT THE SHIP. OASIS CLASS.

I thought it would well and truly take a Oasis.

Im pretty sure sydney ,Tauranga and Noumea can accomodate a Oasis class.

Good to see the port proposing the investment.

But would Royal include Hobart in itineraries for an Oasis class ship?  They are made for warm sunny conditions.
Of course there are other big ships around now and some might call at Hobart.
Q class is great for Tassie and NZ.

Wonder is supposed to be a bit more versatile with the fully inclosed solarium.

I thought Hobart would have handled any ship .
