Personally I don't see a reason why they would cancel the cruise.   Last I heard there had only been 1 case reported.   To put things in perspective, there have been 9 cases diagnosed in Santa Clara County, CA where I live and life is going on as normal. 

 

If they follow the protocol of other cancellations  they would give either a full refund or FCC plus 20-25%.   They have also been providing $100 pp
