Empress of the Seas - Dining Theme Nights

Hi,

We're going on a seven day Empress of the Seas cruise to Bermuda out of NJ in May.  I'm trying to find out about dining.  Are there formal nights, Caribbean night, etc. on a seven day cruise on this ship? 

 

Also, we've been on about 8 or so cruises, and the theme nights always seem to be a secret until we get on the ship.  Am I right?  Or is does RC provide this information and I'm just missing it?

Yes, on ships which are supported by the RCI app, there may be some info on theme nights, unfortunately Empress is not one of those.
