Have you checked your Edocs ? Anything changed there ?

So you go to your MyNCL account and you are not seeing that page  "Let's Get You Upgraded" ?

Did your credit card on file get charged with an upgrade ?

On an outside chance did you check and see if the cabins/class you had bids on are still empty/available ?

If the ship is booked solid ?

At least an email would be expected stating that the bidding upgrading has been terminated and sorry better luck next time.

 

And then there is a call to NCL - WHAT HAPPENED ?

Click the link in email they sent you. It still works. It’s also in your “messages” on the NCL app and on NCL.com when you log in to your vacation.
