If you are sure you never want to sail with Ponant.  Small cruise lines like this are quite willing to ban customers.

I would like my money back, I have no intention of willingly sailing with Ponant after they played this COVID 19 crisis down to the wire.  I am not the only one who feels this way. Some cruise lines have handled this well, others like Ponant  not so well.  At this point we know their French clientele are not cruising anywhere anytime soon, so they will suspend operations.
