Checking cruisedeckplans, I see that only 131 of the cabins are insides.  So, since there are 100 more cabins than crew personnel, only 31 people would get an inside.  but, some will be married couples, and some prefer to bunk together, and some senior crew have nice cabins already, so I suspect those insides will remain empty.  EM

Is she still on the Edge?  Or did she move?

Yes, she is on Edge.  She was due to begin her vacation when Edge returned to Ft. Lauderdale this past Sunday, but opted to stay with "her" crew.  I've watched all her Instastory posts and the crew is definitely taking this in stride...lounging poolside, jogging on deck.  They are living the life we were fortunate to lead on Edge a few months ago.

Bug Naked stayed with her also!!!

It looks a small though the crew I should aboard to deep clean the ship. I hope that Celebrity is paying the crew. I would imagine it would be dangerous for some of the crew to fly home at this point? All guesses on my part.

There is no way it’s viable to send people home at this point. With air travel difficulties, required quarantines upon arrival in some places, the fact that ships are at anchor and may only be docked in port for a few hours to provision, crews would need hotels once they had travel delays, etc. much easier to keep them onboard and safe. They also want to be fully prepared for a return to service. Imagine getting the green light to do business again but having half of your crew tied up in their home countries. Not good!

Wow, so sorry for this unintelligible gibberish! What I meant to say was...

“It looks as though the crew is aboard.”

My goodness, my autocorrect was having a heyday in that post. 😳

What fun to watch and how wonderful that the crew is being well taken care of. I was very concerned for the staff during this tough time. And her fun-loving posts are great PR for Celebrity...particularly the video/photos of them cleaning via "all hands on deck."
