Cancelled Before Final Payment

Well, my Carnival cruise planner called me back. I was issued a full refund, minus the cancellation insurance & non refundable deposit. This was given as a FCC. Sad we had to cancel. But as Canadians, do not see the situation improving enough between now and August to have avoided a 2 week quarantine.  I hope this will not be the end of cruising as we know and love...but right now, our government telling us to avoid cruising, or we are on our own
