UK passengers with cancelled flights with BA

Our Oceania cruise has been cancelled and BA have now cancelled our flights to Miami.

I logged onto the BA site to claim a refund but found that the form presented to me was for a voucher, valid for a year, and not for a refund.

Googled this problem and found a solution.

By following the instructions I have finally managed to access the correct form and request a refund.
