Standby. April, and possibly May, cancellations forthcoming.

Current stateroom occupancy at levels that make operating a cruise non profitable, ports of call closed (some for 30 days, some through July 1, some indefinitely), flight schedules disrupted, risk of virus contraction and spread still elevated. All of the above makes offering a cruise vacation very challenging and unwise.

Isn't anybody thinking anymore? They are not going to change that until they officially cancel the cruises. Are they going to, yes. Why haven't they, it may just be as simple as trying to get through the first round of refunds before opening the flood gates again. Everyone want to demonize the cruise lines, but their entire system wasn't designed to handle the amounts of cancellations and refunds that are now happening. When they had to refund one cruise it took a while now multiply by 100 and what do you expect? Plus the most of their employees are working from home(hopefully) which doesn't help the situation. Can't we all just take a breath and realize that we are all in the same situation and have a little patience.

No...rational thought has gone out the window.  There are so many absolutely panicking over everything.  Some have absolutely lost their minds.

I just got an email from ncl about upgrading my cabin. Seriously?

We were booked on a 3/22 sailing and my brother never did the online check-in. On 3/20 they emailed him warning it was his final chance to check-in in advance.... for his canceled cruise. On 3/20, I also got notified that none of my upgrade bids had been accepted...
