Free booze!

So I actually logged on to both my wife's profile and my profile looking for offers. We both have a few very so-so casino offers but absolutely NO other VIFP offers.

We should have actually departed on the Dream today but it got cancelled.  We cruise 5-6 times a year.  Wondering if we have no offers because we have about 750 in cruise credits on file from the cancellation?  Kinda frustrating....

Yeah I tried that.  Absolutely no offers other than the casino offers.  And even those are not very good.  I have credit for two cancelled cruises on their books.  Wondering if that's why. If so that is kinda messed up..........

So you have a header with "all offers, VIFP club offers etc...  I usually have that as well.  But here is my screencap. If I select "my offers" from my profile.  And spouses is the same way.  Now really confused....lol

It doesn't appear to be available for everyone. I didn't get an email. I've tried a few mock bookings and checked my VIFP offers, but it doesn't show up anywhere. Similar to their "2 free days" sale that ended this past Monday...not everyone could see that either. We did take advantage of that one and booked something for January.

Yes, we couldn't see the 2 free days offer either but this fare does show under our offers. Random?

It appears to be about a 25% savings off the price of the drink package.

Nope, it's FREE. We don't care if the final price is double what it would have been. It says free drinks!

I expect a lot more of this marketing to come as the cruise industry recovers from this beating it took. People are scared and will be hurting financially. But damnit, say free drinks, and I'm there.

Not seeing the drink deal but they are really pushing to get you to book a summer cruise.  Been watching CCL & RCCL Galveston cruises.  Can get a 7 day in the Vista Family Harbor interior for 4 at $1756 and they will throw $500 in OBC in.  That is about half of what they were a few days ago.

I also have the Free Drink offer on my VIP number.    I did a mock booking taking advantage of the "free" drinks offer and then did a mock booking not taking the free drink offer and the price comes out to and additional cost of  $217/ea for the 3 of us to have the "free" drinks.    So like NCL - not really free.....    We aren't big drinkers so this doesn't seem like a good deal to us.   For others who are drinkers I'm sure it's worth the extra cost.     Stay healthy...
