Alaska Shore Excursions

My Alaska cruise, 6/26/20, was canceled.  Had whale watch reserved with Alaska Shore excursions sent email 3/25/20 at 9:30 EST to cancel. Received refund notification 1:30 same day credit on card received 3/25/20. With all the negative posts I just wanted to give them credit for great customer service. Thank you.

I had the same experience.  They were wonderful.  I emailed them and said that I would not be on the cruise and they totally understood.  They offered me a "price lock" for 2021 plus a 10% refund which has already hit my CC.  So we are keeping a credit with them to use next year.  They also offered "priority booking" for 2021 when we give them out dates.  Really wonderful customer service.

Same here. They were so fast. When we rebooked our cruise, I called them up and they we so kind.  I would go with them 100%
