TUI Airline

Wonder what is happening with TUI airlines. no mention of them on the news and they are literally off the radar according to Flight tracker. however I found 2 internal flights in Germany late last night but they might have been 'specials'. Without TUI airlines there won't be a future for Marella cruises!.

It's a crying shame, particularly for the hard working staff that may lose jobs and incomes. My thoughts are with them.

Sure Tui airlines will be up and running as soon as they can as they serve all the package holidays to the med as well as other places.  

I'm  not sure though how many people will be waiting to book, lots of people will be nervous and there will be lots more who can't afford to book.

The TUI group is massive and maybe the German government is supporting them which is why we've not heard them asking for help here

Wish Marella would give better information. We are due to fly to Jamaica in three weeks and then sail back to Naples. Obviously won't happen but no one can get through to them.

Why would they be in a hurry to answer phones or contact customers?

They have your money the ball is firmly in their court.🤷🏻‍♂️

Cancellations have been advised 2 weeks before sailing Hopefully you will hear next week

Expecting an email on Friday asking me to Check In and print out Boarding Cards.

 

Waiting with hope, as I have been every day over the last couple of weeks for someone to answer the phone.

Yes Explorer in Progresso a large port we went to on Ocean Village years ago but a long way for holiday makers to get to from Cancun etc but at least they are getting home
