Cabo San Lucas- Churro waffles?

Last December we took our children on a Mexican Riviera cruise with a stop in Cabo. We we’re walking the marina and stop at a neat little restaurant for breakfast. My kids ordered Churro waffles. They loved them and still talk about them.

I'm planning a repeat cruise for late 2021 hopefully when all this virus craziness is over. Does anyone know what restaurant in Cabo serves the churro waffles? We have pictures but have forgotten the name of the establishment.
