Can anyone tell me what I filmed at 12:58 in this video leaving Freeport?

It looks like a leak of some kind to me unless there are natural geysers in the area.

LOL, that's Nice.  I wonder if it might be a tidal well or a salt water spring, I have seen those before in the Gulf of Mexico, but it could also just be a leaking water pipe. Anything like Gas and I suspect it would be very evident.
