Uniworld River cruise cancellation

Don't try to call Uniworld Customer Service and ask about cancellation to France in June.  I have just spoken to the nastiest young lady on this planet.  Uniworld customer service is terrible. They want us to use our trip insurance to cancel the trip and to take a "hit" money wise.  I will never cruise with them again.

At a similar point with Uniworld, a company and ship we have enjoyed cruising with for the last decade.  Likely no more.  Currently have $20,000 invested in a cruise through France this June in a country currently closed to tourism and they are essentially saying "tough!"  We have your money...so go away.  Really frustrated.
