People Still Booking Cruises

Just booked a 7 day cruise on Carnival Dream for May 2021.  I have confidence that Carnival will do what is necessary to keep us safe and healthy.  I NEED to cruise again!

Just rebooked for 9/5/20 after my 8/1 Panorama was cancelled. Got $800 onboard credit and a spa cabin for $770. Totally worth it.

Plenty of editorializing (and outright disinformation), but you'd have to hunt up the animal network for that - or its tinfoil-plus cousins, Breitbart & Alex Jones.

And for those who will be honest themselves, there's been a trend since the '90s: Nobody cites Fox for original reporting on general news topics. Not about hurricanes, hotel fires, or factory shutdowns. And there's a reason: It mostly doesn't do original reporting.  

However, let's get this thread back on track: People still booking cruises. 
 

Certainly, the Cunard long-term suspension along with the new bombshells from HAL and Princess might make you think Carnival's promise of Aug. 1 is a bit, ah, aspiration.  The mainstream media will again be instructive in assessing what the believe:  The Miami Herald fortunately made sure this didn't go by unknown:
