That's my uneducated understanding.  It's a gamble for those that buy future contracts.

Must be too late for toots. Zuidy is usually good with the toots - long and strong.

When does the Caribbean Princess sail?  I see smoke from her funnel.

Crew waving their lights from the Caribbean.  Lots of noise but the toots sounded like air horns rather than the ship.
