Could it be affected by whether you'd paid in full or not?

Points are only issued,   For booked passengers after the scheduled sailing.     If you weren’t paid in full-   You didn’t have a reservation when the ship was supposed to sail.      So no points.

You think NCL doesn’t know????

I couldn’t care less if my points are removed.

They certainly do as idiots keep bumping all these threads, glad I don't have any to loose, so ...... Bump away.

I don't, In fact, lets not mess around and copy NCL official rep in.

@Norwegian Cruise Line

Are you aware there is an issue with cancelled cruises being incorrectly credited with Latitude points?

Good luck and go ahead.    Be sure to bump again when you get a reply.    🤩

After my cruise for August was announced as cancelled I logged in and found that I was bumped to Platinum status, but no points credited (was only a few points away).

It's strange that I got a level bump but no change in points. Just waiting to see what happens.

If you think you've lost the Latitudes points, the questions is... did you earn them.  If you didn't  sail, regardless of the reason, you didn't earn the points.  I didn't earn any either.  Sad, but true.

Stay safe, get your vaccine.

All the best to those who've gotten their shots (I'm not one of them).

We had a cruise scheduled on the Escape last May that as cancelled & we got the latitude points and extra FCC from that one. We then scheduled on the Jewel in January this year and did not get any latitude points or addition FCC.

My wife and I also had received points for a March 2020 cruise that was cancelled by NCL.  The points were in our accounts for a full year.  Another thread on this forum mentioned that someone had lost their points.  I just checked my account and sure enough, those "phantom" points are now gone.

If you have anything LOOSE simply find the correct size wrench and TIGHTEN it.

There, that ought to be good for a couple of BUMP points!
