Could it be affected by whether you'd paid in full or not?

Points are only issued,   For booked passengers after the scheduled sailing.     If you weren’t paid in full-   You didn’t have a reservation when the ship was supposed to sail.      So no points.

Keep bumping this up is a sure way to get them removed.

You think NCL doesn’t know????

I couldn’t care less if my points are removed.

I think some people just got lucky.  I had an Alaska cruise that was supposed to be the last week of May.  Was paid in full, NCL cancelled it (not me), and received no points.  Would have ended 3 or so weeks ago.

I don't, In fact, lets not mess around and copy NCL official rep in.

@Norwegian Cruise Line

Are you aware there is an issue with cancelled cruises being incorrectly credited with Latitude points?

Good luck and go ahead.    Be sure to bump again when you get a reply.    🤩

After my cruise for August was announced as cancelled I logged in and found that I was bumped to Platinum status, but no points credited (was only a few points away).

It's strange that I got a level bump but no change in points. Just waiting to see what happens.

We got points also - had paid in full before cruise was cancelled - still there

Also 125% FCC (took a while - and was very confusing when we got them - came in two chunks based on "latitudes" numbers)
