Salerno - A real Gem for a Day Visit

One benefit, well to me at least, of the 'lockdown' is that I've been able to catch up on my blog section that covers ports of call.

 

My latest in the 'One Way to do...' series covers an Italian port that was new to my wife and I until recently, and proved a real gem for a one day visit, Salerno...

I certainly can give it some thought but of course it will take some time and certainly wouldn't be so comprehensive as the review.

 

The link is perfectly safe as I use 'Wordpress' for the blog. 

 

The other issue may well be with Cruise Critic for uploading too many pictures: there are over 50.

Perhaps I should have said highlights instead of insights, I didn't mean to reproduce then entire blog entry but just some key points, things that might help readers decide that they want/need to read more and therefore check out the blog.

We found Salerno a non touristy city, that offered a pleasant few hours of exploration and gelato!  It has a lovely promenade area by the sea.
